We will explore the history of bourbon, from its early American roots to the traditions and regulations that define the spirit today. While tasting our way through the styles and flavors that make it so complex, we will show what makes it so versatile behind the bar.
From there, we will we will put that knowledge to work with a lineup of cocktails featuring both time-honored classics and original Nightjar creations.
