What's in Your Glass?
at our small but spirited 5-barrel brewery, we believe the magic is in the details. whether we're reviving historic styles or creating botanical infused ales that feel plucked from the pages of folklore, each beer is crafted with reverence for tradition and a curiosity for the arcane. mythology runs through our tap list like a thread, with names that nod to gods, beasts, and legends. take a step into our space where our beverages marry old-world and alchemical charm - a place where every pour tells a tale and each bottle is a relic waiting to be discovered.

blackberry mojito inspired wild ale
collaboration with reserve artisan ales
Bartenders Bane
in collaboration with reserve artisan ales brewing, this wild ale blurs the line between cocktail or beer. inspired by a blackberry mint mojito, it bursts with layers of fresh blackberry puree, bright lime peel and cooling garden mint, all bound together with an expressive house culture yeast.
tart, aromatic, and misleadingly sessionable, bartender's bane delivers that freshly shaken cocktail energy without the muddler or shaker. uicy berry depth meets zesty citrus snap and finishing crisp with a refreshing herbal lift that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Hazy ipa with el dorado salvo
Manitou
this experimental hazy ipa is inspired by the powerful spirit that moves through the natural world — the unseen force carried in the wind, forests, and storm clouds. soft and pillowy on the palate, this ipa was built to let modern hop expression speak loudly while keeping bitterness restrained and smooth.
we used hopsteiner’s advanced hop product salvo and salvoplus to create an intense saturated hop aroma while minimizing vegetal character, this product creates layers of bright citrus, tropical fruit, and a resinous complexity without sacrificing drinkability. waves of ripe mango, orange zest, pineapple, and peach drift over a creamy malt body before finishing with a soft, ethereal bitterness.
like its namesake, manitou is vibrant, untamed, and impossible to contain — a haze-filled expression of raw hop energy shaped into something balanced and luminous.

Marzen - 6.3%
Wolpertinger
a nod to the legendary creature of bavarian folklore, Wolpertinger is a classic märzen built for crisp autumn days and long evenings. rich german malt lays down layers of toasted bread, biscuit, and light caramel, balanced by a firm yet smooth bitterness and a clean lager finish. deeply golden, malt-forward, and effortlessly drinkable, this traditional german lager is as hearty and welcoming as the mythical beast that inspired its name.

creamsicle inspired wild with orange peel & vanilla
Fruits of Hesperides
at the edge of the world, beyond the reach of mortal hands, grew the fabled garden of the hesperides—where golden fruit shimmered with divine sweetness and the air itself carried a soft, perfumed warmth. fruits of hesperides draws from this myth, reimagining that legendary bounty through a carefully crafted wild ale.
bright sweet orange peel leads the way, offering a vibrant citrus character reminiscent of those storied golden apples, while madagascar vanilla weaves in a smooth, velvety depth—softening the acidity and lending a rounded, almost honeyed finish. the wild fermentation brings a gentle complexity, balancing tartness with subtle funk, as if touched by something just beyond the ordinary.
lush yet restrained, radiant yet grounded—this is a beer that invites you to step into the garden and taste a piece of myth.

blonde ale with hibiscus & rose hips
Ninkasi's Legacy
this crisp blonde ale base is layered with vibrant hibiscus to create a soft blush color and a gentle cranberry tart snap. Rose hips bring floral notes and a fresh green apple finish. the el dorado hops take the floral flavors and bind them all together with a bright tropical fruit and citrus bouquet fit for the goddess ninkasi herself.
this beer was created to celebrate women's history month and international women's day, it seemed fitting to name the beer after one of civilization's oldest brewers and goddesses, ninkasi. during her time in mesopotamia, beer created rituals, community, joy, and sustenance.
