bright, sharp, and unexpectedly elegant. this saison balances ferocity with intentional finesse. this beer is conditioned on cranberry orange rooibos tea and a touch of cardamom, it opens with tart citrus and subtle herbal warmth. the tea leads with a bold complexity, while the cardamom lingers softly on the nose - an aromatic echo of something deeper beneath the surface.

this beer was brewed for the release of onyx storm by rebecca yarrows, the orange isn't just for brightness, it's a nod to the "poison" that nearly ended jack barlow, this is both a toast and a warning to always pay attention to the small details.

golden, sun-warmed, and full of life in honor of the greek goddess of the grain. this beer was brewed with traditional wheat, a touch of munich malt and a lively yeast profile. this beer pours hazy gold with notes of ripe banana, clove, and soft citrus drifting through each sip like a warm summer breeze.
