we’ll explore the stories, spirits, and flavors behind the crescent city’s rich drinking traditions while making four new orleans-inspired cocktails, from beloved classics to our own nightjar twists. along the way, we’ll dive into the ingredients and techniques that have helped make new orleans one of the great cocktail cities of the world.

each ticket includes:

• instruction and tasting of four new orleans cocktails and their spirits

• one large bottle of house-made fassionola to take home
