turn up the heat this valentine’s day with an intimate, hands-on cocktail experience designed to light up your night! in this special nightjar cocktail class, we'll craft and enjoy four original cocktails featuring ingredients long celebrated as aphrodisiacs.
our bar team will guide you through each build, sharing technique, flavor theory, and the seductive stories behind the ingredients that have fueled romance for centuries. along the way, enjoy a selection of light bites to keep you fueled.
each ticket includes:
instruction and tasting of four aphrodisiac-inspired cocktails
two bottles of house-made syrups to take home
recipe cards for each cocktail so you can re-create the magic at home
